POSTAGE & PACKING

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days. If you need your items for a specific date or occasion please contact us directly and we will do our upmost to accommodate you.

We use a courier service for all USA orders and Recorded Delivery for all International orders. A signature will be required on delivery so please make sure someone will be available at your delivery address.

    • DOMESTIC, USA Ground, Orders to $500, $20
    • DOMESTIC, USA Ground, Orders over $500 till $1500, $25
    • DOMESTIC, USA Ground, Orders over $1500, $30
    • The rest of the world – Shipping calculates at checkout

Customs or import duties may be payable in your country. The recipient of the parcel will be liable for these charges. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND SPECIFICATIONS

Please note that all products are subject to availability. If your goods are not in stock please contact us directly to place a special order. This could mean a wait of up to 4-6 weeks. (If you need your items for a specific date or occasion please also contact us directly and we will do our upmost to accommodate you.)

Every care has been taken to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, while the on-screen colours can be a good representation, there will be slight variations due to browser settings.


RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS

PLEASE NOTE THE BELOW REFERS TO ONLINE ORDERS ONLY. PURCHASES MADE IN PERSON AT ANY CARINA HILDEBRANDT LOCATION OR EVENT ARE NON - REFUNDABLE BUT ARE EXCHANGEABLE IF WE ARE NOTIFIED WITHIN A WEEK FROM PURCHASE ( or a week after Christmas if a gift ). IN THIS CASE WE CAN ISSUE A CREDIT NOTE. CREDIT NOTES ARE VALID NO LONGER THAN 18 MONTHS.

You may cancel your order of products by notifying us via email at customer@carinahildebrandt.com within 2 hours of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser's credit/debit card.

If you are in any way unhappy with your online order please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order at customer@carinahildebrandt.com stating the reason for your return. Please include all details of the item you wish to return including country location. In regards to an exchange we will check availability of stock or otherwise you may choose to return the item for a refund or store credit note. You will receive a receipt of an email confirming your return or exchange from CARINA HILDEBRANDT including like our current shipping address and return package procedures. 

Please Note: If you fail to take reasonable care of our products we reserve the right not to accept their return. Keep your receipt for proof of purchase. We do not offer free postage on exchanged or returned items.

You should contact us for a return of faulty goods immediately upon receipt. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect or faulty goods supplied within 48 hours of delivery. We will refund your postage where goods are found to be faulty.

Our Returns and Cancellation Policy does not apply to products ordered and made to your specification. Sadly, we cannot offer a refund on sale items, however we can offer an exchange or a credit note.

Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days to process.

CARINA HILDEBRANDT reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with the guidelines and process as stated above. 

UK RETURN POLICY

If you are in any way unhappy with your order please contact us by email at customer@carinahildebrandt.com. Once we have agreed to the return of the items, you will receive a receipt of an email confirming your return or exchange from CARINA HILDEBRANDT including like our current shipping address and return package procedures. You can return your purchase within 7 days for exchange, provided it is in perfect condition and unworn.
