POSTAGE AND PACKING
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days.
Our courier is Hermes and a signature will be required on delivery so please make sure someone will be available at your delivery address.

Customs or import duties may be payable in your country. The recipient of the parcel will be liable for these charges. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS
You may cancel your order of products by notifying us via email at email@example.com within 2 days of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser's Credit / Debit Card. If you are in any way unhappy with your order please contact us via email and you can return your purchase within 7 days for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in perfect condition and unworn. Sadly, we cannot offer a refund on End of Line/ Sale items, however we can offer an exchange or a credit note.
Please Note: If you fail to take reasonable care of our products we reserve the right not to accept their return. Keep your receipt for proof of purchase. We do not offer free postage on exchanged or returned items. You should return faulty goods directly to us immediately upon receipt. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect or faulty goods supplied within 48 hours of delivery. We will refund your postage where goods are found to be faulty. Our Returns and Cancellation Policy does not apply to products ordered and made to your specification.
Items purchased at our showroom by appointment are not eligible for refunds, but we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND SPECIFICATIONS
Please note that all products are subject to availability. If your goods are not in stock and it is possible to pre-order that option should appear when you select your product. This could mean a wait of up to 4-6 weeks. If you need your items for a specific date or occasion please contact us directly and we will do our upmost to accommodate you.
Every care has been taken to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, while the on-screen colours can be a good representation, there will be slight variations due to browser settings.
Please note that sale or discounted items are non-refundable. We can offer an exchange or credit note if you find the item you have purchased unsuitable.
